In order to increase their knowledge and experience, our 2nd year students of the Department of Veterinary Medicine Laboratory and Veterinary Health program organized a technical trip to Aksaray University Vocational School of Technical Sciences Food Processing Department and Aksaray University Scientific and Technological Application and Research Center. Head of Food Processing Department Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Se*** SI****** showed some of the chemical analyzes that can be done on raw milk and gave information about the relationship between milk and health. The expert staff at Aksaray University Scientific and Technological Application and Research Center introduced the laboratory devices and gave general information about the applications.
