An administrative staff evaluation meeting was held at Aksaray University Eskil Vocational School to assess administrative operations, gather staff views and suggestions, and strengthen institutional communication. The meeting, held at 11:00 AM under the chairmanship of Eskil Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. Mustafa ÖZ, was attended by Deputy Director Lecturer Dr. Osman DAĞAR, Vocational School Secretary Mustafa DEMİRCİ, Computer Operator Oğuzhan YALVAÇ, and Student Affairs staff member Ayvaz MERAL.

The meeting addressed topics such as the Vocational School's administrative activities, inter-unit coordination, the efficiency of work processes, and the enhancement of service quality. The administrative staff's views, suggestions, and requests regarding ongoing activities were heard, and mutual assessments were made concerning the issues encountered and proposed solutions.

Furthermore, the importance of conducting administrative processes more effectively and efficiently, increasing staff satisfaction, and strengthening internal communication was emphasized.
