Aksaray University Eskil Vocational School Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program 2nd year students organized a technical visit to Abdullah Karakoç’s dairy farm and Zübeyde Hanım Sheep Farm located in Bozcamahmut town of Eskil district in order to reinforce their professional knowledge.

During the visits, students had the opportunity to learn about milk production processes, animal health and care practices on site. The business owners shared their experiences about modern animal husbandry techniques and the difficulties encountered in the sector.

Zübeyde Hanım Sheep Farm Manager Yıldıray Erkol also provided students with comprehensive information about the business’s activities. Erkol answered students’ questions by providing important information about the care and feeding methods applied especially in small cattle breeding.
